This course gives an overview of Total Quality Management and describes Quality specifications and costs. It explains explain ISO 9000 and Total Quality Management tools and extern.

• Elite Quality Management – First Assessment:

You must score 80% or more to pass this assessment.

• Understanding Cost of Quality and TQM Tools:

In this course you will learn about cost of quality means and how it is measured. It describes in detail how the ISO 9000 and QS 9000 standards function, and quality measurements.

• Elite Quality Management – Second Assessment

You must score 80% or more to pass this assessment.

• Introduction to Quality Standards:

This course reviews ISO standards ISO 9000 and QS 9000 in detail. You will also learn about the international quality management awards.

• Elite Quality Management – Third Assessment

You must score 80% or more to pass this assessment.

• Service Quality for Service Industries:

This course introduces Service Quality and lists examples of service industries. It describes customer acceptance criteria and what is meant by customer satisfaction. 

• Diploma in Quality Management – Fourth Assessment

You must score 80% or more to pass this assessment.
